How can I get the best price on SellerSprite?
You can save two months by choosing annual billing instead of paying monthly. Your usage limits still reset every month on an annual plan.
Do you offer refunds?
SellerSprite does not offer unconditional full refunds. Refunds are only available for the unused portion of your current subscription, calculated based on the remaining time on your plan, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
If you are close to your plan limits, we recommend upgrading to a higher plan to avoid interruptions to your research.
Can I set up child accounts for my team?
Yes. Child accounts are available exclusively for annual plans.
How can I pay for my plan?
You can pay online using Card Pay (Airwallex), PayPal, or a regular credit card. All payments are processed securely.
If I switch to an annual plan, will I get a refund for my current plan?
Yes. When you upgrade from a monthly plan to a yearly plan, we calculate a refund based on the unused time on your existing plan.
How can I get an invoice?
Log in to your SellerSprite account and go to User Center > Profile > Credit Card Subscription to download your invoice.
