SellerSprite FAQs
Data Updates
- SellerSprite Data Update Frequency:
- SellerSprite extension data (price, BSR, keyword rankings, etc.) is real-time, synchronously fetched from Amazon's front end when you query.
- Sales data is updated daily, with the previous day's sales data updated on the current day.
- Keyword data is updated monthly, and at the beginning of each month it updates for the previous month's data; keyword trend selection is updated weekly, with this week's update reflecting last week's data.
- Monitoring data is updated daily, including keyword monitoring which uses a rolling update method. The specific update time for each ASIN is not fixed.
- Can the main account track and view the operation/history records of child accounts?
Child accounts are attached to the main account, which has administrative rights, including the ability to delete, disable child accounts, and view their historical records.
- How many devices can one account be simultaneously logged into? Can it be logged in from different locations?
Whether it's a main or a child account, an individual account can only be used at one location or on one device at a time (including browsers as a device).
To log in from multiple devices/locations, there are two solutions: a. Staggering time or location allows multiple users to log in. b. Purchase child accounts or a standard annual package or advanced plans to access more child accounts, allowing multiple users to log in to different child accounts at the same time.
- Will using the same SellerSprite extension and account for different Amazon seller accounts create a link between them?
Using the same SellerSprite account for different Amazon seller accounts will not create a link.
SellerSprite, Jungle Scout alternative and Helium 10 alternative, is a data analysis software without any inherent risk of linking with Amazon.
- What is the source of the extension's data? Does it use the official Amazon API interface?
Amazon does not offer any open API.
The SellerSprite extension's data is partly fetched from Amazon's front end, such as product BSR rankings, prices, ratings, etc., and partly processed from real data, such as sales in the last 30 days, profit margins, etc.
- Is the Keepa Trends feature permanently free? Are all features free?
SellerSprite's Keepa Trends, which crawls data from the Keepa plugin through an API interface, including listing prices, BSR rankings, ratings, deal prices, etc., is provided for free to all sellers.
- What if there's no data display for newly added products in Product Tracker?
New products need to wait 24 hours before seeing changes in various dimensions, with indicators updated daily.
- What is the update frequency for keyword tracker?
Keyword tracker data is updated daily in a rolling update method.
- Why might keyword tracker rankings differ from what I see on Amazon's frontend?
Since keyword tracker updates daily in a rolling method, and Amazon's frontend rankings are real-time with results varying by query IP, it's possible that collected data may not match your current real-time query 100%.
